Nearby Mareel and Hays dock for food and just up from the bus station. Highly recommended and violet was a perfect host.
It is well equipped and very clean. The location is excellent with easy access to downtown Lerwick and public transportation.
Violet was very helpful and we highly recommend staying in this apartment. The location is perfect - central, a short walk to the main town area, park directly opposite and the added bonus of being on the street where the unexpected bonus of being on the street of the summer Up Helly Aa procession.
Check in and check out went like clockwork. The house was extremely well equiped - everything we needed, clean, warm and very comfortable. If I ever return to Shetland I will certainly be contact Violet again.
This was my third visit to Shetland. For those who have not ventured this far north, it definitely should be on your bucket list.
